The migration(transition) is simply to help you take advantage of the ThemeHigh migration offer and continue receiving future updates under the ThemeHigh brand. If your store currently relies on payment gateways compatible with the legacy version (only), you can confidently continue using the Legacy WebToffee plugin itself, we at ThemeHigh will take care of everything else.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to purchase the plugin again?

Do I need to uninstall the WebToffee plugin before installing the ThemeHigh version?

PayPal Express Checkout Payment Gateway for WooCommerce: No uninstallation is required. Installing the ThemeHigh version will automatically replace the existing plugin files while retaining all your settings and data.
WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway: You don’t need to uninstall the plugin, installing the ThemeHigh version will automatically replace the existing plugin. However, if your Stripe account is connected to WebToffee, we recommend disconnecting and reconnecting it to ThemeHigh, as the WebToffee app will soon be discontinued.
For Subscriptions for WooCommerce, the ThemeHigh version is a revamped plugin built from scratch, so it will be installed as a separate plugin.

If both the WebToffee and ThemeHigh versions of the Subscriptions plugin are active, a migration option will appear to transfer your customers' subscription data. Important: Migration is only supported( if you only use) payment plugins are among the following compatible gateways:

In such cases, you can continue using the legacy WebToffee version until your current license expires. We’re working to add support for more gateways in future versions.
