These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Support Policy, Refund Policy, License Policy and Affiliate T&C. Where relevant, those policies are referenced within this document.

4. Products and Services

Themehigh offers Free and Premium Wordpress / WooCommerce plugins as digital products. Our current product range includes plugins for checkout customisation, product pages, email customisation, shipping, payments and more.

We also offer:

  • Plugin bundles — multiple plugins sold together at a discounted price.
  • Build Your Own Bundle (BYOB) — a customisable plugin bundle.
  • Free versions of selected plugins — available on the WordPress.org Plugin Repository.

Product features, specifications, and availability may change from time to time. Themehigh reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any product or feature at its discretion.

Note: Themehigh does not provide support for our products if they were purchased through unauthorised third-party sellers.

4.1 Product Compatibility

Themehigh plugins are designed to work with WordPress and WooCommerce. However, our plugins operate within a complex ecosystem that includes:

  • WordPress core versions
  • WooCommerce versions
  • Your active theme
  • Your hosting environment and server configuration
  • Other plugins installed on your site

Themehigh tests our plugins against current stable releases of WordPress and WooCommerce. However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every possible theme, hosting environment, server configuration, or third-party plugin combination.

Note: Sometimes compatibility issues can come up due to factors like theme differences, other active plugins, custom code on your site, or your hosting setup. Our support team will always do their best to help you work through these, in line with our Support Policy, though we can't guarantee a fix in every case.

We also recommend testing updates on a staging site first, just to keep things running smoothly on your live store.

4.2 Product Updates

While your license is active, you are entitled to receive software updates for your purchased plugin. Updates may include:

  • Bug fixes and security patches
  • Compatibility improvements for new WordPress and WooCommerce versions
  • New features and enhancements

Updates are delivered via the WordPress admin dashboard. Themehigh recommends keeping your plugins updated to ensure compatibility and security.

We may release updates at our discretion based on WordPress/WooCommerce releases, security needs, and product roadmap.

5. Digital Product Delivery

All Themehigh products are delivered digitally. Upon completing a purchase:

  • You will receive an order confirmation by email
  • Your license key will be delivered to your registered email address and to 'My Account' on the Themehigh website
  • Your product download will be available in 'My Account' on the Themehigh website
  • Plugin updates will be available via the WordPress admin dashboard while your license is active
  • Other fixes will be available through the Renewal of license

Please double-check your email address at checkout, as Themehigh isn't able to resolve delivery issues caused by an incorrect email being entered at the time of purchase. If you don't receive your order confirmation or license key, just reach out to us at support@themehigh.com and we'll help sort it out.

As all products are digital downloads, they are available immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that delivery has been initiated, and you request immediate access to the digital content.
