To initiate a refund, send an email to support@themehigh.com from your registered email ID along with your Order ID and reason for requesting a refund.

Themehigh process every refund request quickly as possible to avoid unusual delays. Usually, your financial institution can take 5-20 days to reflect your refund into your bank account/card.
