ThemeHigh follows a no questions asked refund policy for all the products sold through this website. Please send an email to from your registered email address along with your order ID for a refund request.

Under no circumstances will a Refund be issued 30 days after your purchase date.

Exchange Policy

Due to the digital nature of our product and immediate delivery via email, download link, or ThemeHigh account download access, we do not exchange Products or Platforms.

It is the customer's responsibility to purchase the correct product. ThemeHigh WILL NOT exchange/swap your extension for another extension.

*One exception: If you realise you have purchased the incorrect product, if you contact ThemeHigh before the product is downloaded, we can change the product/platform to the correct one. ThemeHigh can assess whether the product has been downloaded from your ThemeHigh account.
