Conditionally Display Fields/Sections based on an Option Value

  1. Conditional Rules based on Field types Select, Radio

    Conditional rules can be set for field types like Select, Radio and Checkbox as well.

    Following are the steps to configure the rule:

    1. Choose Show/Hide from the drop-down to display or hide the field/section.
    2. From the ‘Click to select’ dropdown, pick the field based on which the rule has to be set.
    3. Select the required condition from the second drop-down field.
    4. Enter the option value which needs to be satisfied for the field in the input field at the right.
    5. Use OR function to set condition rules based on more than one option value.
    6. Save changes by clicking on Update now.
    P.S: Avoid using comma separators in the input field as the conditions will be linked by AND function, which is invalid in case of these field types as only one option can be chosen at a time.
  2. Conditional Rules based on Checkbox Group and Multi-Select

    Following are the steps to configure the rule:

    1. Choose Show/Hide from the drop-down to display or hide the field/section.
    2. From the Select box, pick the field based on which the rule has to be set.
    3. Select the suitable condition from the drop-down in the middle.
    4. Enter the option value which needs to be satisfied for the field in the input field at the right.
    5. Use OR function to set condition rule based on more than one option text.
    6. Use comma separator to connect the text option with AND function.
