If you are having any trouble in using Stripe Payment Gateway Plugin for WooCommerce, like

For troubleshooting, follow the steps below:
Connect Stripe account using the OAuth 2.0 method
Step 1: First, make sure you are in live transaction mode. Make sure you connect your Stripe account to the OAuth 2.0 method. If the connection is successful, the settings page will appear as shown below.

Verify order details from Stripe overview
Step 2: Go to Dashboard > Themehigh Stripes > Stripe Overview.
Under the Order Details tab, check if there are specific orders that have a proper order ID or not. The sample order is demonstrated in the following screenshot:

Move to the Transaction Details tab and check the same order ID as in the Order Details tab.

Please note the respective email addresses, order number, transaction ID and customer name in the transaction details.

Step 3: Next, go to the Stripe dashboard and switch to the payment overview page. You can check the list of payment transactions or search for the order using the transaction ID.

Step 4: You can also use FTP on the remote site to check the logs for protocol file orders. The file location can be found on the Stripe Payment Settings page.

Under the debugging section, enable Logging to trace issue(s) using the log. You can see the Success Log file or Failure Log file. The settings are as shown below:
