An admin can easily review, give feedback, and update the status of the candidate’s application just by selecting the candidate’s name from the “All Applicants” Dashboard.
- Once the Applicant’s page opens, you can find the applicant’s basic information like the resume, designation, location, contact information, etc.
- You can select the resume in the top right corner next to the candidate’s name, which opens an external window from where you can download the resume.
- Additionally, the candidate’s resume is also displayed on the applicant page itself so that it can be easily navigated (for reviewing), and the admin can give feedback about the candidate through the additional notes.
- You can also set the application status of the candidates as pending, rejected, selected, shortlisted, and reviewed. Email notifications will be sent to the applicants whenever you change the application status.
Also, note that if the admin sets a custom status, then in order to send an email notification once the status is updated, the admin should manually set a trigger from the sub-menu in Our settings. For more details, check this link.
