Getting Started
Stripe via Credit CardCash App Pay is a payment method available to all Cash App customers, helping you with individual uses and recurring payments. Using the Themehigh’s WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin allows store owners to accept payments in payment methods for Cash App payments provided by the plugin as part of the Stripe Checkout payment options. While using Cash App payments, customers can make payments through Cash App, linked bank accounts, or linked credit or debit cards.
ⓘ To receive payments via the Cash App, you must meet the following criteria:
- This payment method is primarily used in the US and the UK.
- It facilitates transactions in US dollars only.
Prerequisite
- Install and activate the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin from Themehigh.
- A Stripe account with a US background to receive payments.
- Cash App Pay is installed on your customer’s mobile device.
Enabling Cash App Pay
- Log in with your Stripe account.
- Go to the Stripe dashboard.
- From the dashboard, go to Settings > Payment > Payment Methods.
4. Scroll down to the Wallets section and turn on Cash App Pay.
Completing a payment using the Cash App Pay
Here are the steps a customer must take to complete a payment using the Cash App payment:
- Add the product to the Cart page.
- Go to Checkout and enter the required invoice details.
- Select Stripe Checkout as your payment option and use Stripe Checkout to click the Payment button.
4. Select Payment in the Cash App as your payment method from the Stripe Checkout window.
5. Next, click on the QR code button. A QR code will be displayed.
6. Now, scan the Cash App Pay QR code using your mobile device and complete the payment.
Upon completing the payment, you’ll receive a successful payment message, followed by a successful order completion.
