Conditional Rules are set of conditions set to checkout fields to control the display(show/hide) of those fields in checkout page. That means using Conditional Rules we can show or hide certain fields in checkout page based on the display conditions set for those fields.

There are two different set of conditions available. First set of conditions are based on Cart Items, Cart Totals and User Roles. And the second one is based on other fields values and properties.

In this set, below conditions can be used to show or hide fields in checkout page.

  • Show/hide field if Cart contains certain products.
  • Show/hide field if Cart not contains certain products.
  • Show/hide field if Cart only contains certain products.
  • Show/hide field if Cart contains products from certain category.
  • Show/hide field if Cart not contains products from certain category.
  • Show/hide field if Cart only contains products from certain category.
  • Show/hide field if Cart subtotal equals to X
  • Show/hide field if Cart subtotal greater than X
  • Show/hide field if Cart subtotal less than X
  • Show/hide field if Cart total equals to X
  • Show/hide field if Cart total greater than X
  • Show/hide field if Cart total less than X
  • Show/hide field if logged-in User role is X
  • Show/hide field if logged-in User role is no X

Example 1: Show the text field Field B only if checkbox Field A is checked.

Example 2: Show the text field Field B only if the radio field Field A value is ‘Yes’.

  1. Create the radio field Field A with options ‘Yes’ and ‘No’,
