We at Blogtec have been around since 2019, helping agencies, marketers, and SEOs thrive by making outsourcing SEO easy.
Meanwhile, our business operates all around Europe, with 10,000 projects already delivered. What makes us stand out in the very competitive SEO market is that we are very transparent and flexible. You can use single services or monthly packages and start SEO from just a few hundred dollars per month while being able to cancel at any time.
Even though our platform is quite comprehensive, we made it to realise it in WordPress, and a big reason for that is that we discovered Themehigh almost five years ago. Instead of building custom WordPress plugins, their set of plugins made it possible to launch our initial platform without any custom coding.
We found Themehigh while looking for a solution that would allow customers to customise our products. I think every WooCommerce shop needs this, and Themehigh offers an excellent plugin for it. It’s been quite a while since I found their plugin, but I assume it was through research on Google. I liked that they had a free plugin to test first, and then, if you need more customisation, you can purchase the paid version.
Challenges we had with WooCommerce
Like many businesses using WooCommerce, we faced many challenges. The most important was that we needed to offer customers the ability to customise our products to their needs.
We deliver services, so customers need to be able to leave individual briefing information for each service they book. The Extra Product Options for WooCommerce come in handy here. They’re probably the most essential part of our platform.
The plugins we use and how they helped us overcome challenges
We started using a couple of Themehigh’s plugins, and they’ve been instrumental in helping us overcome the issues we were facing.
Extra Product Options for WooCommerce
The Extra Product Options plugin is the most essential part of our WooCommerce site. It allows our customers to add briefing information to the services they book.
What I especially like about the plugin is that while it’s lightweight and optimised for good performance, it’s comprehensive. You can add custom fields to collect additional information, create different question sections, and add pricing formulas.
In our case, we have a “Booking Information” section on our product page with general questions and then an “Add-Ons” section with an individual pricing formula to adjust the pricing of add-ons.
Checkout Field Editor and Multistep Checkout
In addition, we also have had a great experience with the Checkout Field Editor and Multistep Checkout plugins.
Both are lightweight and easy to use, helping to make the very simple WooCommerce checkout more customer-friendly and less overwhelming.
We also use them to collect additional information about customers at the checkout. It’s remarkable how both work together effortlessly to make this possible!
Our Future Together with Themehigh & Skyro
Looking ahead, we’re eager to continue working with Themehigh. Their plugins have been a key part of our stores, and they have been a reliable partner, which is hard to find in the plugin industry.
What I mean in detail is that whenever we had a limitation or issue, the Themehigh support team was reachable within hours and helped us fix issues or add customisations quickly and efficiently. I have never experienced another plugin developer company with such great support.
Recently, we were introduced to Skyro, Themehigh’s new conversion-optimized WooCommerce checkout solution, which looks very exciting. We’re confident Skyro will help many companies enhance their checkout process and increase conversions. It also shows that Themehigh is continuously improving, and I’m looking forward to other plugins that might come in the future.
