Themehigh’s journey began in 2015, while our team was working closely with WooCommerce stores and solving real merchant problems every day. We experienced the platform’s limitations firsthand, not as outside observers, but as developers dealing with the same challenges store owners faced.
It started with a checkout pain point. Store owners needed more control over their checkout experience, but the default setup did not always support the level of customization their business required. That challenge led us to build our first plugin, a WooCommerce checkout solution, a practical solution created from a real store need.
As we worked with more WooCommerce stores, we began seeing the same kinds of friction appear across different parts of the shopping experience. Product pages lacked the personalization customers expected, variation options appeared as plain dropdowns that did little for conversions, post-purchase emails felt like system notifications, checkout flows often overwhelmed more than they converted, and payment or subscription setups depended on workarounds.
Those real store frustrations became the foundation for ThemeHigh’s product journey. What began as one solution for a checkout problem has grown into 13+ WooCommerce products trusted by store owners across 130+ countries.
That hands-on experience still shapes how we build today. We don’t create plugins from the outside in. We start with WooCommerce problems our team has seen, felt, and understood, then build reliable products that solve them in a practical, lasting way.
To make every WooCommerce store work exactly as its owner needs
No code. No compromise.
We build the tools that close the gap between what WooCommerce merchants want and what they can actually do. Thoughtfully designed. Rigorously tested. Continuously improved. Our mission is to make powerful customization accessible to every store owner today and our vision is a WooCommerce ecosystem that scales and adapts with them, without limits, for the long run.
